These 104cm bands are a convenient and easy way to add intensity to any workout routine.
Why Use Lifting Bands? Lifting bands offer a contrasting method in an exercise program where the weight resistance changes at different points in a lift. Using bands will make the weight increase through the eccentric and concentric portions of a lift which results in greater speed and acceleration.
Not just for power lifters. The BSTB1 (orange) and BSTB2 (green) are best used for general conditioning, stretching, rehabilitation, jumping, aerobics and for added resistance towards biceps/triceps exercises. Either band works well for beginners and first time weight lifters.
For stronger bench presses and lower body exercises, the BSTB3 (red) and BSTB4 (blue) work well.
For maximum resistance with squats, deadlifts, leg presses and shrugs, the BSTB5 (purple) is our top of the line band.
