Steel Clubbell

Designed for intense and extreme training, Clubbells (or, as they were originally called, Indian Clubs) have ancient origins, so much so that they are cited as juggling tools in the texts of Sim D. Kehoe, dating back to the late 1800s, but it is thought that they were already in use since time immemorial in ancient Egypt and the Middle East. Xenios USA makes clubbells in “superior grade” steel with a particular cylindrical shape (very similar to classic bowling pins), with the center of gravity moved towards the head of the Clubbells. The Tacfit Clubbell Xenios USA are equipped with a handle with a non-slip grip and a safety strap (removable) to wrap around the wrist, to avoid causing damage if it accidentally slips out of your hand during exercises. Usable both in personal training and in pairs, these tools are functional for the muscular development of the upper limbs in all dimensions since they allow you to perform rotations even at high speed. In addition, the club's outward imbalance also calls upon the stabilizing muscles of the trunk.
