The XE395 is the top of the line Spirit Fitness traditional elliptical. In addition to the features of the XE195, it boasts electronic ramp incline and remote incline adjustment functions. Spirit's XE395 Elliptical Trainer is designed with 20 levels of electronic incline to keep your workout challenging .

MULTI-POSITION KNOBS
To help combat boredom during your workout, we designed grips that would allow for multiple hand positions. By holding onto different parts of the grip, different muscle groups will be activated during your workout.

ADJUSTABLE CONSOLE
A 10⁰ console angle adjustment range to accommodate the best viewing angle on our bright 7.5" blue backlit LCD display

HEART RATE MONITORING
Heart rate monitoring is proven to be one of the best ways to measure your workout. The HRC program gives you a quick reference of your heart rate compared to your predicted maximum heart rate. The LED lights up amber for 50-60%, green for 65% to 80%, and Red for 85%+.

MUSCLE ACTIVATION PROFILE
It is important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your workout. On our ellipticals, you will be using your glute (bottom), hamstring (hamstring), quad (thigh), calf, pec and arm muscles. The LED lights activate in three degrees of involvement: Green represents minimal muscle involvement, Amber for medium involvement, and Red, full or heavy involvement. Use this quick reference to challenge yourself during the training.

MP3 AUDIO JACK
We know how important it is to be able to listen to your favorite music while you work out, so we've included an MP3 audio jack for you to connect your choice of MP3 player or cell phone. (Adapter cable provided)

HANDLEBAR CONTROLS
