Made of laminated Nordic pine wood impregnated in an autoclave with non-toxic salts.
Components list: No. 1 hexagonal tower with wooden uprights, section 9x9 cm, and a six-pitched roof in HPL stratified bilaminate. Dim. 202x225x435h equipped with no. 2 platforms at different heights in phenolic-glued birch plywood, with anti-slip knurling, assembled to the uprights via hot-dip galvanized steel frames. A structure with a sighting function, consisting of a galvanized steel round tube frame and infill panels in pantographed HPL stratified bilaminate, is positioned centrally on the 176 cm high platform. The tower is equipped with protective railings in Ø 25 round tube of galvanized and painted steel, a tic-tac-toe game panel with wooden frame and polyethylene accessories, a sound panel in galvanized round tube of steel, a speaking tube in galvanized and painted round tube of steel and protective panels in okoumé mahogany plywood with pantographed phenolic glue and without edges treated with colored impregnation and finishing with non-toxic, wax-based paints that can be diluted with water. No. 2 uncovered turrets with wooden uprights section 9x9 cm dim. 100x100x245 h. Each turret is equipped with n° 2 platforms at different heights, in birch plywood with phenolic glue and with anti-slip knurling, protection panels in okoumé mahogany plywood with pantographed phenolic glue and without edges treated with colored impregnation and finishing with non-toxic water-based wax paints. On the lower platform there are two benches and a small table made with a painted tubular steel frame and support surfaces in brightly colored HPL stratified bilaminate. N° 1 climbing panel in birch plywood with phenolic glue finished with colored films on both sides and colored marble resin handles. N° 1 tunnel slide in polyethylene h 145 cm. N° 1 raised hexagonal platform dim. cm 202x225x130 h with the same features as the hexagonal tower equipped with n° 1 car panel, n° 1 tic-tac-toe game panel, n° 2 Swedish wall bars with Ø 3 cm rungs and n° 1 speaking tube in galvanized and painted round steel tube. N° 4 inclined ramps in phenolic-glued birch plywood, with anti-slip knurling, allow access to the structure and connection with the hexagonal tower. The ramps are equipped with protections in galvanized and painted round steel tube and protective panels in pantographed HPL stratified bilaminate. Assembly with 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self-locking nuts. Standard nut cover elements in colored nylon. Oven painted at 180° C. Hot-dip galvanized metal attachments for anchoring to the ground.
