How to use:

Phase 1: Cleansing the skin. Cleansing the skin is a very simple process that in this case can be done with warm water. In the presence of make-up and foundation, it is necessary to remove it with cleanser or make-up remover milk and then warm water.

Step 2: Lubricate the skin. Apply a light layer of Physiosal Face Oil to the areas to be treated and massage gently. The kit includes the VisoCup Medical Silicone Sponge. This helps spread the oil and prepares the skin for the massage.

Step 3: Massage. The kit contains 2 types of cups (size S Large and size XS Small), depending on the area to be treated, use the one indicated:

VisoCup S = Large on: forehead, cheekbones, cheeks, chin, neck and décolleté

VisoCup XS = Small on: eye contour, lip contour, lips, nose and finishing touches.

To adjust the intensity of the cup, simply squeeze it more or less tightly. After adjusting the intensity, place the cup on the area of ​​the face to be treated, make sure it has adhered, generating a suction effect, and begin the massage. Slide the cup from the inside out, release it gently, and start again. Do not perform the movement in reverse (from the outside to the inside).

Application times:

- Face: 4/6 minutes

- Neck: 2 minutes

- Décolleté: 2 minutes

Based on your needs and evaluating the condition of the skin to be treated, we recommend starting the treatment with 3 sessions per week. Apply Physiosal Lifting Effect Face Oil every day.

Along with the kit you will receive a card with the correct movements to perform during the massage.

Once every 15 days we recommend using enzyme peels to clean your skin (these are available in any herbalist's shop). If you prefer a ready-made natural exfoliating product, you can choose between the Turmeric Talasso Scrub or the Physiosal Salt Clay. Ideal for purifying and cleaning the skin.
