The Tri-Grip Pro Diamond Rubberized Olympic Disc is ideal for bodybuilding athletes, is suitable for functional training and is used in combination with free weight machines, but is unsuitable for dropping exercises typical of crosstraining.
The odorless rubber coated professional disc reduces noise and protects the floor in case of a fall. The innovative multi-grip design makes these discs very easy to handle and suitable for functional work.
